The Office of Admissions acts as the catalyst in identifying students who will be admitted to the University as well as maintaining and storing academic records of all current and former students.  Office personnel strive to maintain a high quality of service to all, and to maintain and protect the academic integrity of the student record in accordance with University, state and federal guidelines.

Due to an error with the TREx network, Texas A&M University San Antonio was not receiving electronic high school transcripts via TREx. If any student requested high school transcript to be sent electronically via TREx between the dates of September 29-October 21, please re-request those transcripts.

Texas A&M University-San Antonio (TAMU-SA)’s Annual Security Report is now available. This report is required by federal law and contains policy statements and crime statistics for the University. The policy statements address the policies, procedures and programs concerning safety and security at TAMU-SA, for example, procedures for responding to emergency situations and sexual offenses. Three years’ worth of statistics are included for certain types of crimes that were reported to have occurred on campus, in or on off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University and on public property within or immediately adjacent to the campuses. This Annual Security Report is available online. You may also request a paper copy of the report from the University Police Departments located at the Main Campus and the Brooks City-Base Campus.
