Wellness Checkpoints

There will be health and safety assistants at the wellness check-in sites to perform temperature checks and to ask if the campus member or visitor has performed their daily monitoring checklist. A daily monitoring checklist will be available in flyer format if needed. If the person passes the temperature check and affirms they have performed their monitoring, they will be issued a wrist band, which will signify they have passed a wellness check screening and are approved to attend classes or activities in class.

If the campus community member does not pass the wellness check-in protocol, they will be instructed by a handout on what they will need to do next. If the campus community member or visitor does not have a face mask, they will be provided a disposable one with instructional handout on how to wear their face mask. The wellness check-in will also have information on our testing center hours and location if the campus community member needs one.
